Dwayne's (Fonz) F/A-18C Blue Angels Hornet turbine build project completed 9th March 2008 and maiden'd on 10th May 2008.

Dwayne with Blue Angels Jet, as original blue is too dark, I decided to repaint the whole jet and give it a glossy clearcoat befitting a show bird.

Jetcat Titan SE (15.4kg thrust) propane-start bench-tested on 13th Oct '07.

Kerosene-start converted and bench-tested successfully on 4th Nov '07.

Dwayne you need to seriously go on a diet!!!

Finished spraying the yellow and blue colors. Masking comes off and clearcoat comes next.

Front 3 gear door cylinders done.

Shiny? It's a Show Bird... of course it needs to be shiny! LOL!

Re-paintted lighter shade of blue and clearcoated.

Air brake, elevators and rudders completed. Full electronics testing for back end done.
